Our Founder

Meet Our Immigration Consultant

Starting as a Settlement Counsellor, Amanda supported and found resources for individuals who needed help settling in Canada for many years. Afterwards, for more than a decade, she worked as an Immigration Caseworker who provided advocacy and case management services for immigrants. She helped her clients have a smooth transition to their new lives, work with families one on one to help enlighten them on how to maximize their potential, and make plans for employment, education, housing, health care and more. Her passion to help people and easing their lives led her to study the immigration consultant program and became a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant. This has guided her to establish her own immigration consulting firm. Driven by her commitment and desire to get the most accurate outcome for all cases, Amanda will make every effort to help you through the process in the least stressful way possible.

Her mission is to deliver the most efficient, trustworthy, and transparent immigration services to all her clients worldwide.  Amanda Gharios is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a member in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and she is in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

Permanent Residence

What we do

Express Entry Program

This category focuses on information about the candidate’s skills, work experience, language ability, education, and other personal information. The Express Entry is based on an online point system used by the government to manage skilled workers. The program is open to Federal Skilled Workers, Federal Skilled Trades, Canadian Experience Class, and specific Provincial Immigration programs.

What we do

Provincial Nominee Program

This program allows the provinces in Canada to nominate applicants who are interested in immigrating to Canada.  Each province has different procedures, however, if you are selected based on the province’s own economic and labour needs, the next step is to apply for Permanent Residence.

Business/ Investors

Individuals with business/managerial experience and relatively high net-worth may apply to this program and obtain permanent residency.

What we do

Family Sponsership

Both Canadian Citizens and Permanent residents of Canada can sponsor their loved ones and reunite together. The family sponsorship can be your spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner, dependent children, and parents and grandparents. Super Visa is also an option for parents or grandparents.

WHAT WE Do

Temporary Residence

For those individuals who want to study, work, and visit Canada. Valid job offers or a permit to study in Canada is required. LMIA is required unless you are LMIA exempted.

Visit Visa

To come to Canada as a visitor you can come as a tourist, to see family and friends or to do business. During your stay, you will need enough money to support yourself and any other family members. Most travellers need to apply for a visitor visa or an ETA which is an Electronic Travel Authorization to fly to, or transit through a Canadian airport. Learn more about visitor options and how to extend your stay.

Study Permit

Studying in Canada is an exciting and rewarding experience. If you would like to study in Canada for more than 6 months, you will need to apply for a study permit. While studying, students could gain valuable work experience in Canada.

Work Permit

Working in Canada depends on the nature of your work and your skills. Foreign nationals generally require having a job offer from a Canadian employer. The employer may have to obtain a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). In some cases, the employer or the employee depending on the program may be eligible for a LMIA-exempt work permit.

Permanent Resident Card Renewal/Citizenship

Meeting the residency obligations in Canada will get you to renew your PR card. Once residency obligations have been met for 1095 days, out of the 5 years, applying for Canadian citizenship is the path for you.

Refugees and Asylum

Refugees either inside Canada or seeking asylum at the port of entry may be eligible. These individuals have either experienced violence, human rights violations, or are looking for protection because they fear persecution.

Humanitarian and Compassionate Grounds

This application is assessed on the merits of humanitarian and compassionate grounds. This applies to people with exceptional cases experiencing unusual and undeserved or disproportionate hardship. Individuals who can apply are permanent residents who are living in Canada and are not eligible to apply for permanent residence.

LMIA Applications

LMIA application is a labour market verification process whereby Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) assesses an offer of employment to ensure that the employment of a foreign worker will not have a negative impact on the Canadian labour market. Our office is ready to help in the preparation and submission of all the required documents from the employer.
